    Will it arrive in time to start on December 1?

    Orders ship within 2–6 weeks of being placed, tracked, with the tracking number emailed the day it leaves. If yours won't arrive in time to start on December 1, we'll email you before it ships so you can cancel for a full refund instead.

    Are the bricks compatible with what we already have?

    Yes. They're standard-size building bricks and fit other major systems, so the finished scene can sit alongside the rest of the collection.

    How long does each day take to build?

    About ten minutes. Each door is a small build with illustrated instructions, designed so a child can do it before school without help.

    How do the lights work?

    Warm LED lighting is built into the scene, and the included remote switches it on and off from across the room.

    Do we have to start on December 1?

    No. The doors are numbered, not dated. Starting December 1 means the last build happens on Christmas Eve, but it works whenever you begin.

    Is it suitable for young children?

    It contains small parts, so it isn't suitable for children under 3. Older children can manage the daily builds on their own.

    Where does the finished scene fit?

    It's sized for a table, a mantel or a shelf rather than the floor, so it can stay out for the whole of December.
